The seventh prosecution witness, a former site engineer of China Construction Company has testified in favor of former minister of Minister of Works and Transport Abraham Byandala.
Mr. Niu Hong has told court presided over by Justice Lawrence Gidudu that the company received over 21 billion for mobilizing resources to constructing Mukono-Katosi road.
Nui Hong added that although the contracts had controversies, they did the best to do the work.
Byandala and his five others are accused of causing financial loss of over sh24.7b meant for the upgrade of Mukono-Katosi road.
