The Solicitor General Francis Atoke is embroiled in a bitter land conflict with his relatives in Oyam District over land he allegedly inherited from his deceased step father, Abel Olero.

Atoke’s relatives say he is not entitled to the inheritance because he is not a clan member.

They also accuse Atoke of masterminding the demolition of 10 houses and arrest of four people last Wednesday which he dismisses as a move to malign his name.

The two parties are now awaiting legal verdict on the disputed 600 acres of land.
