Roy Ssemboga has this morning been sworn in as the 82nd Guild President of Makerere University.
In his first remarks after assuming power, Mr Ssemboga has vowed to fight sexual harassment as one of his first tasks in office.
Ssemboga stressed that there are growing cases of lecturers demanding sex-for-marks and some go unnoticed.
The Democratic Party leaning candidate and his team begin a new tenure following a re-election in the School of Education last Friday.
