The city hall court Grade one magistrate Moses Nabende has set the ruling on the “yellow piglets” case to tomorrow9:00am. The magistrate has set 24 hours to review the evidence gathered by the state witness before handing a ruling.

Nabende is the third magistrate to hear the controversial case since it’s culmination in July 2014 when Robert Mayanja and Norman Tumuhimbisibwe reportedly dropped yellow painted piglets at Parliament in protest for the surging corruption and youth unemployment in the country.

The defense lawyer Isaac Ssemakade is optimistic that the magistrate will acquit the protestors.
