Only one athlete will represent Uganda at the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games.
David Emong, a silver medalist in the 1500m London Paralympic games, will compete in the 400 and 1500m T46 categories respectively.
NCS General Secretary, Nicholas Muramagi has flagged off Emong and his Coach, Innocent Tumwesigye at Lugogo for the Games which kickoff on Wednesday next week.
Emong will compete on the second last day of the games on Friday, 16th September.
