Uganda Police is marking a police week starting today 27th September to the 3rd October. As part of the week’s activities, the Police are planning to register and profile residents across the country as a means of fighting local crime.
The police spokesperson AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi says creating local databases is one way of promoting community policing.
The activity will be launched this Thursday in Kiteebi, Rubaga Division.
