Former state minister for public service Prisca Mbaguta has challenged public service and human resource technocrats to stop abandoning human interaction between employers and employees, due to advancing technology.
She points out that clock-in machines and emails may not enable them understand characters of their employees thus creating a human gap even with the public.
This, as she made a key-note speech at the opening of the 5th African Public sector human resource managers’ network conference on capacity building.
