The 10th parliament has been cautioned against promoting unwanted pregnancies which were almost a crisis in the 9thparliament.

The caution has been sounded by the designated Minister of State for Health, Sarah Opendi, during the orientation of the newly-elected Members of Parliament on the demographic dividend, family planning, maternal health and gender-based violence that impact negatively on maternal health.
