Education campaigner and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Malala Yousafzai has called on world leaders to guarantee an education for all refugee children.
The 19-year-old school girl has challenged world leaders not to waste people’s time with sympathy yet they are unwilling to do anything to change the future of millions of children.
Malala’s comments ahead of just launched 71st Session of the UN General Assembly, which will discuss the question of how to deal with over 21 million refugees.
The assembly will have with an emphasis on ensuring that implementation of the new global development goals, adopted by its 193 Member States last year, is well underway.
