The Executive Director of the Uganda National Roads Authority Allen Kagina has expressed concern over the funding of the authority.

She says the biggest challenge facing by the authority is its high dependence on the external funders who finance over 50% of UNRA’s projects.

Speaking at the East African Regional Roads Authorities’ forum earlier today, Kagina says the funders have left the authority in a weak position as they dominate in decision making.
