The National Information Technology Uganda, NITA-U says all mappings to have free wireless internet for Ugandans in the Kampala city center have been completed.
The Executive Director NITA-U James Saaka says the move will ease regulation of application developers in the different fields.
All Ugandans intending to use free wireless internet must move nearer to government ministries after 5:00 pm when the official duties close. The project is set to commence this October.
