Food experts say the current National Food Policy cannot address the fast changing trends in food consumption which exposes Ugandans to complications like food poisoning.
Food expert, Dr. Yusuf Byaruhanga says the use of agricultural chemicals does not have adequate regulation which is turn is exposing consumers to contaminated foods.
