“Help my boys get an education,” that is the cry of 27-year-old Scovia Nanangwe, mother to 4-year-old deaf and blind twins, Bright Tenywa and Herman Waiswa.
Nanangwe, who is singlehandedly raising the twins and their other two able-bodied siblings,
feels overwhelmed, given the peanuts she earns from selling mats and baskets.
