Former FDC presidential candidate, Kizza Besigye has been summoned to appear before the Nakawa Court grade one magistrate, Christine Ntenge, after he failed to report to the High Court registrar as per his bail requirement.
Justice Wilson Musene granted Besigye bail on condition that he reports to court once every two weeks until the hearing of his case is fixed.
According to the summons issued on Tuesday, Besigye is expected to appear at Nakawa Court on October 12th, for mention of his treason case.
