Uganda has saved up to 275 billion shillings since the establishment of Commercial Court in 1996, says the Chief Justice Bart Katureebe.

While launching the Commercial Justice Report 1996-2015, the Katurebe remarked that the establishment of the court has since reduced on case backlogs, one of the main challenges facing Uganda’s courts.

Currently, efforts are being made to ensure that all courts get the provision. This will cost approximately 7billion shillings.
