Kampala High Court judge, Ezekiel Muhanguzi, has adjourned the mention of the case against 32 people suspected to have participated in the murder of Muslim clerics in 2014. The adjournment followed a complaint from the defense that the charges were not within the jurisdiction of the High Court as per the International Criminal Court Act.

According Fred Muwema, many charges such as crimes against humanity, are not supposed to be tried in this court and thus demands that necessary action be taken. We have more in this report.
