Former works minister Abraham Byandala and his five co-accused return to anti-corruption court today for a hearing of the case of causing financial loss of over sh24.7b meant for the upgrade of Mukono-Katosi road.
Byandala and his co-accused including three former Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA), city businessman Apollo Senkeeto and a former Housing Finance Bank official, Isaac Mugote are battling a string of 24 corruption charges.
The head of Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court, Justice Lawrence Gidudu, is presiding over this case.
