School girls aged 18 and below place the blame of lack of advice on how to go about adolescence on their parents. This they say is the reason as to why they fall victim to HIV and early pregnancy.

 

At the launch of ‘Better Life for Girls,’ the Minister of State for Health, Sarah Opendi, instead places the blame on weak laws as what is failing Government, also stating that concerned bodies continually take bribes from men who impregnate underage girls.
